Our desire: To take e-coaching to an even higher level in terms of its quality and the diversity of its features. This e-coaching label fulfils three requirements. First, respect for our coaching ethics. E-coaching must not be a synonym for a loss of confidentiality, less rigour in our partnership with our clients, an expeditious approach without accountability. The label is a guarantee by way of the framework that it establishes for our profession.
Second, transparency is imperative in order that our clients today are extremely clear about what we bring to them, under this approach, as well as about how this method differentiates itself from the more conventional e-coaching approaches.
Lastly, the strict requirement of excellence provided by a methodological framework is paramount. While selecting and training e-coaches at the entry level as well as during subsequent training of approved e-coaches, our philosophy is to be more and more inclined to quality in the service of our coachees. E-coaching also has a mission to develop and work toward perfection through everybody’s contribution and feedback, in line with the needs of the clients.
